Start selling by scanning the barcode or picking the item from the dropdown list, and use the grid screen if you have few items. Accept payment in cash, by card or from the phone, and follow sales, balances and customer data moment by moment.
Returns and refunds
Record the return against the original sales invoice, so the items are received back into stock and the amount refunded to the customer if they had paid it. The whole process completes in a few steps.
Point of sale receipts
After every transaction print a receipt on thermal paper carrying the date and time, items, price per item, discounts, taxes and the total paid. Sizes and formats vary with the printer and paper size used.
Mobile and desktop apps

What is the difference between the retail screen and the grid screen?
The grid screen is for those with few items and services, who pick the item from the grid with one tap. The retail screen suits supermarkets and shops with many items, and relies on the scanner or the dropdown list.

How is an item returned after the invoice is issued?
A return is only recorded against the sales invoice, so the items are received and their balance goes back into your stock. If the invoice was paid the customer gets their money back, and if not there is no cash refund.

Can I change the sales receipt layout?
Yes. Design your receipt layout as you like in the report editor, then choose the size and format that suit your printer. Small thermal paper cuts printing time and saves paper.

Does the system work on phone and computer?
Yes. An Android app scans barcodes from the phone and prints over a Bluetooth printer, and an easy-to-install app for Windows 10 and 11 devices. Orders you save on Android you resume from the web version.
