Modules
The student's journey
from admission to certificate
Admissions and student files
Record the application, then the admission, and create the student's file with their details, grade, class, guardians and attached documents such as certificates and ID, and move them between grades at the start of every school year with no re-entry.
Attendance and timetables
A timetable per class with its periods and teachers, attendance recorded daily or per period, and absence and lateness reports per student and class, so the guardian is notified of their child's absence that day, not at the end of the month.
Grades and certificates
Define subjects, exams and their weights per grade, so the teacher enters marks, results and grades are calculated automatically, and term and year certificates are issued in the school's template, with an achievement record per student across the years.
Fees and instalments
Set the fees for every grade and its services such as transport, meals and books, split them into instalments on dates, record collection in cash, by card or by post-dated cheques followed until they clear, and follow late payers from every guardian's statement.

How are fees split into instalments?
Set the grade's fees and services, split them into instalments on dates, and every instalment appears in the guardian's statement with late ones followed up.
