Solutions
From contract to collection
for every property unit
Units and contracts
Record your properties and their units with rent and sale prices, and create a file for every tenant or buyer with their contract and attachments such as ID and the signed agreement. Start the relationship with a quotation that becomes a contract, then invoices, with no re-entry.

Recurring rents and collection
Set the rent amount, period and start date, and the system generates an invoice every month, quarter or year on time. Record collections and allocate them to invoices, and follow overdue amounts, aged receivables and every tenant's statement.

Post-dated cheques
The cheque drawer becomes a list with dates, amounts and statuses: received, sent for collection, then collected or rejected. A collected cheque posts to the bank automatically, a bounced one returns as a receivable on the tenant, and a cheque can be endorsed to a supplier instead of banked.

Maintenance, expenses and assets
Record a maintenance request as a task with an owner, deadline and priority on the unit's file, and maintenance contractors' invoices as purchases assigned to the unit or property. Record the properties you own as fixed assets with automatic depreciation.

Rents and cheques
straight into your accounts
The rent invoice posts when issued, the cheque posts to the bank when collected rather than when received, and the maintenance expense is assigned to its unit, so tenant and bank balances in the books match reality.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
about property management
What property owners and management companies ask most before getting started.
-
Are rent invoices issued on their own every month?
Yes. Define a recurring invoice for every contract with its amount, period and start date, and it is issued on time as a normal, editable invoice; stop it when the contract ends.
-
How do I follow tenants' post-dated cheques?
Record every cheque with its date, amount and bank, and follow its status from receipt to sending for collection, then collection or rejection, with totals for what is under collection.
-
Can I know each property's expenses separately?
Yes. Assign maintenance invoices and purchases to the unit or property, or use the cost centres add-on, and each property's profit appears in reports.
-
What about a bounced cheque?
Its rejection is recorded with a date and note, and the amount returns as a receivable on the tenant's statement to be followed up.
-
Does it suit an owner with only a few units?
Yes. Start with your units, contracts and recurring invoices, and add cheques, maintenance and assets when you need them, from the same account.
