By using the WEDATA website or any of its systems you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the systems.

The service

WEDATA provides business management software through cloud subscription or licence, under the plan or contract agreed. What each plan includes is set out on the pricing page and in the customer portal, and that defines the scope of the service provided to you.

Account and use

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for everything done through your account. The system is to be used for your legitimate business only; attempting to access others’ data or to interfere with the service is not permitted.

Subscription and payment

Subscription fees are paid in advance according to the plan and period chosen. You may upgrade at any time; the change applies from the next billing cycle unless agreed otherwise.

Your data

Your data remains yours. We process it only to deliver the service and in line with the privacy policy published on this site, and we keep regular backups to protect the continuity of your work.

Intellectual property

The systems, their interfaces and trademarks belong to WEDATA. Your subscription grants you the right to use them within your plan, not to copy or redistribute them.

Limitation of liability

We work to keep the service available 99.9% of the time. We are not liable for indirect damages caused by outages beyond our control or by misuse of an account.

Changes

We may amend these terms as our services evolve; amendments are published on this page and apply from their publication date. For any question use the contact page.
